D-Ribulose 5-phosphate is a metabolite in the Pentose phosphate pathway, Pentose and glucuronate interconversions, and in the Riboflavin metabolism (KEGG) [HMDB]. D-Ribulose 5-phosphate is found in many foods, some of which are olive, cocoa bean, common chokecherry, and orange mint.
