Flavanol found in a wide variety of foodstuffs especially in red table wine, bee pollen, bilberries, blueberries, bog whortleberries, broad beans, Chinese bajberry, corn poppy leaves, cranberries, crowberries, blackcurrants, dock leaves, fennel, grapes, parsley, perilla, rutabaga, dill weed and tea (green and black).
