Enzartamide是一种白色晶体或粉末。 易溶于1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮和乙腈，微溶于甲醇，微溶于乙醇（99.5），难溶于水。
药用药理学
1.行动机制
该药物是雄激素受体（AR）信号传导抑制剂。 竞争性地抑制雄激素与AR的结合并抑制AR的核定位和AR与DNA上的转录因子结合区的结合。
2.抗肿瘤作用
该药物在体外抑制人前列腺癌细胞系上的AR依赖性基因表达，抑制细胞增殖，并诱导细胞死亡。 此外，在移植了在人前列腺癌衍生的LNCaP细胞系中高度表达AR的LNCaP / AR细胞系的小鼠中，它显示出肿瘤生长抑制作用。

去势抵抗性前列腺癌

Astellas Pharma Inc. (Head office: Tokyo, "Astellas Pharma") has filed an application for approval as an additional formulation of Orku and Androgen Receptor Signal Transduction Inhibitor "Iktanzi® Capsule 40 mg" (generic name: Enzartamide) We are pleased to announce the approval of manufacturing and marketing in Japan on February 23, 2018 regarding "® tablet 40 mg" and "Ikstanj ® tablets 80 mg" with the efficacy and effect of castration-resistant prostate cancer.
Both 40 mg tablets and 80 mg tablets are smaller in size compared to 40 mg of Rochester® capsules and are expected to reduce the burden of taking patients. Also, in the case of 80 mg tablets, it is also possible to reduce the number of doses per dose.
