描述
Isolated from yellow paprika (Capsicum annuum variety Lycopersiforme), peel of ripe persimmon (Diospyros kaki), mature fruit of peach (Prunus persica) and ripe peel of a mandarin hybrid (Citrus reticulata). Cryptoxanthin epoxide is found in many foods, some of which are italian sweet red pepper, citrus, fruits, and green bell pepper.
