Dehydroxylinalool 3,6-oxide is a flavouring ingredient. Present in coriander oil, clary sage oil, wine, brandy, coffee and muscat grape juice. Also isolated from passionfruit and sour cherry extracts as artifact from terpene alcohol precursors.
