Present in cinnamon, tomato, gruyere de comte cheese, beer, cooked trassi, origanum (Spanish) and strawberry. Flavour ingredient. 3-Phenylpropanal is found in many foods, some of which are garden tomato (variety), chinese cinnamon, ceylon cinnamon, and fruits.
