作用机理
The LPO enzyme catalyzes the peroxidation of thiocyanate in the presence of H2O2. In order for the reaction to occur, the SCN鈥?ion must bind to LPO at the substrate-binding site in the distal heme cavity with a favorable orientation. (A137)
