Diazinon
目标名称
Acetylcholinesterase
作用机理
Diazoxon the main toxic intermediate of diazinon, inhibits acetylcholinesterase in the central and peripheral nervous system. This results in the accumulation of acetylcholine, causing excessive stimulation of cholinergic fibers in the postganglionic parasympathetic nerve endings, neuromuscular junctions of the skeletal muscles, and cells of the central nervous system that results in hyperpolarization and receptor desensitization. This produces muscarinic, nicotinic, and CNS effects. (L162)
