Individuals with the *1/*3C, *1/*2 and *1/*3A genotype had 50% less immunodetectable TPMT protein as compared to those with the *1/*1 genotype. Two individuals with the *3A/*3C genotype and *2/*3A genotype had no immunodetectable TPMT protein.
