In healthy individuals. No significant difference in DPYD activity was seen between the AG and AA genotype in African-American (p=0.37) or the AG and AA or GG and AA genotypes in European American (p=0.15 and p=0.33, respectively) individuals. Please note alleles have been complemented to the plus chromosomal strand.
