313 Bulgarian subjects had TPMT activity measured and the individuals with activity < 12.0 nmol/mL Ery/hr were genotyped (first for *3A,*3B,*3C and if negative or if a compound variant was suspected then for *3D, *4 and *6.) The *3A/*3A subject had activity < 2 nmol.mL Ery/hr.
