Note, NAT2 not specified just categorized in slow and rapid acetylator. Patients were phenotyped as rapid or slow acetylators. Urine from slow acetylators contained significantly more hydrazine than urine from rapid acetylators at both 100- and 200-mg dose levels (p < 0.02 and 0.001, respectively).
