As compared to those with the wild-type genotype (*1/*1), those patients with the *1/*3A genotype had a 1) a lower average dose (70.1% vs 78.0%, where dose given as the % of standard protocol dose), 2) a greater percentage of time spent at no dose (21.3% vs 15.5%) and 3) a smaller percentage of time where the dose was escalated (1.5% vs 5.8%).
