Patients with the AG or GG genotypes were significantly more likely to have an overall morphine-equivalent daily dose of 800mg or higher than patients with the AA genotype. Please note that alleles have been complemented to the positive strand and that rs1277441 was found to be in linkage disequilibrium with rs795484.
