Patients with the CC genotype had higher dose-adjusted trough concentrations of tacrolimus at weeks 1 (p=0.005), 2 (p=0.008), 3 (p=0.003) and 4 (p<0.001) post-transplant as compared to those with the CT or TT genotype. Please note that alleles have been complemented to the plus chromosomal strand.
