Please see text for their definition of alleles. *1B was defined as a gene conversion of CYP2A7 in the 3' UTR, and the specific *1B haplotype was not defined. Covariate analysis revealed that the CYP2A6 genotype strongly influenced systemic clearance of letrozole, and the population means of CL/F in subjects with no reference alleles and one reference allele were 44.8% and 84.3% of the value in subjects with two reference alleles respectively. Please note that the *46 allele is described as the *1B allele in the paper and has subsequently been reassigned by PharmVar.
