Recently, our group found that rs4818 was significantly associated with quetiapine drug response ( P =0.00081) in the Shanghai cohort, but there was no correlation with risperidone drug response ( P =0.515), whereas in this study, we confirmed the significance of rs4818 in 288 risperidone-treated schizophrenia patients ( P =0.04) with similar G/C allele frequency in good responders or poor responders.
